Snow and Cold!! and More awards!!

Hello everyone!! I did get the junk that is going around !! My family had a fit and said I had to go to the Doctor today and I did !! I did not have the flu! Just what is going around! Stuff up nose and ears, sore throat, and a cough! I was in bed most of the day yesterday.
It is really cold here today! It was 55 at 6:00 this morning and by noon it was 20 and now it is 11 degrees!! AND we had snow with high winds too, but the snow has stopped !! I had a note from Glo and she has the same stuff I do!! Not feeling very good!! She is having stew for supper and we are too!! I hope you all are okay, but I know that Mary and her grandsons have the same stuff we do and they live in Canada!!
This is called The Bloggin' Blessin' Award

This lovely award was given to me today by Karen over at Karen's Korner Karen is Blessing for sure!! If you haven't been over her way be sure to visit her!! She is a sweetie!! Thank you so much for this award!
Here are the rules:
The blessing is as follows:The idea…it’s a game of tag with a difference, rather than looking inwardly, we look outside ourselves and bless, praise and pray for 3 blog friends. By participating in this endeavour we not only make the recipient of the blessing feel valued and appreciated, but we are having some fun too. We’re going to see how far the bloggin’ blessings can travel around the world and how many people can be blessed! Recipients of a bloggin’ blessing may upload the above image to their sidebar if they choose to. If you receive a bloggin’ blessin’ please leave a comment on this thread here so that we can rejoice in just how many blessings have been sent around the world.

I am going to pass this one on to everyone on my side bar!! Please take this and be Blessed!! Everyone who reads my blog is a Blessing to me more then they will ever know and I want all of you to be Blessed!!

This is the Young at Heart award I received from Mary over at Mary's Writing Nook last week that I forgot to pass out with my other award! I am so happy that Mary thinks I am Young at Heart!!! Thank you very much Mary!

Oh Honey thank you! I'm feeling young at heart! We are putting the estate up for sale and down sizing. I remember those years when all we wished for was more, bigger and better. Now my heart is refreshed seeing the wisdom in smaller mortgage and less to care for. I feel refreshed to think I will no longer be slave to a house or a mortgage.
This gives me a bit of sail to the process to think that your payers are for us and behind us lifts me up.
thank you Care-Oh-Lynn :)

That weather you got ove there is crazy. I thought we had it bad, we have a 42 degrees and high wind warning, but for this time of year, I'll take it!

So, so sorry you are feeling rotten. The "stuff" must be every where because my family here in West Texas has it, too. Bad, bad stuff. I do hope you feel better really soon.
Congratulations on your awards..they are both beautiful. And, thank you for the blessing award!

Good Morning Grams,
"CONGRATULATION'S" on some very well deserved Awards. "THANK YOU" for the Link Love. I hate that you are feeling bad, but hopefully the doctor gave you some meds and you will start feeling better soon. Oh let me tell ya, It got up to 67 degrees here yesterday. We had some rain and heavy blowing rain. The wind was fierce here all day yesterday. We were without electricity for 11 hours. I have posted about it on my today's post. That's why I didn't get over here to visit last night. It is 24 degrees here this morning. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

Hi Grasm!! LOL I thought that name was kinda cute!

I'm sorry you've got that crud that's going around. DH had it but so far I've escaped it. My sinuses are clogged but I think it's from our heat.

I know you already received the Blessings award but I wanted to give it to you also. Just want you to know that you're a blessing and inspiration to me. You've also been an encouragement to me in this blogging world since I met you. Thanks for being you!

Love and Hugs,
Hope

Good afternoon Carolyn!! I am still here in Illinois and it is freezing here. It was 5 this morning and the wind well you know it just hurts!! We had a time getting the car doors open as they were frozen shut!! What a mess!! Now I know why I live in Georgia. I am not liking this weather.
Dad has good days and bad days. I am trying to help as much as I can.

Sandy...coming home on the 4th..

Carolyn,

Congratulations on the awards. You are most deserving.

The boys are feeling better today and wouldn't you know, schools are closed in our county. We have frigid temperatures and high winds.

I'm sorry you're feeling under the weather. I will keep you in my prayers and wish for speedy recovery.

Blessings,
Mary

Congrats on your awards! You are such a wonderful lady and I'm sure that is why you get so many awards.

I sure hope you're feeling better soon. Get lots of rest!

We're having that yucky weather here today- very high winds and a quick drop in temp and snow. I'm ready for spring!!
