Hello on Wednesday!

Hello on Wednesday! I hope your week is going good ! I sure hope it isn't to hot where you all live! It has been very hot here but today we have some relief and it isn't suppose to be quite so warm.
We had to go to Lee's Summit yesterday with Nancy to see her lupus Doctor. Our AC in the car is non existent so we ended up rolling down the windows and letting our hair blow in the wind!! As long as we are moving its not so bad! But once you stop , Yikes! It doesn't take long for the sweat to start pouring off your face and you are miserable!

The Dr. said Nancy was doing better and we don't have to go back to his office until Oct. This is good news! She is still having lab work done with her blood Dr. and we have lab work in another week. So far her blood count is going up! Praise God!

Not much going on this week. I had better call my granddaughter and see if she got moved to her new apt. She will be teaching school down in South Central Missouri this year! I am so proud of her. My grandson will be a Junior in college at Warrensburg. He is studying to be a coach. I know it has to be really hot out on the football field!! I know Karen and Kelly will be going down there on Saturday afternoon's this fall to watch him on the side lines learning to be a coach!!!

Oh you poor thing. I bet you were hot. I had to take my sis out yesterday and I was sweating in the car with A/C.

Glad to hear Nancy doesn't have to go back until Oct. Hope everthing else goes as well for her.

Had to take sis out again today.Wasn't as bad as yesterday. She is doing much better. Finally got a letter about her the money she will get while she's off work. More than she thought so that's a good thing. A ck with back pay will be in the bank Fri. After figuring everthing up she going to be OK until she goes back to work. So prayers were answered there.

You have every right to be proud of your grand children.

Take care and stay Cool.

Love & hugs,
Glo

It's been staying in the low to mid 70's here most of the time so it hasn't been too bad. Good thing it hasn't been hotter because my air conditioner is still in the shop after 4 weeks...watch me get it back when summer is over! Sigh! I don't think I'd survive the high heat you get over there...I melt when it reaches 80! lol

Great news about Nancy doing so much better. Prayers continue for her. xoxo

It was good to click over here and find a post. Praise for Nancy's good report at the dr. Yes it is 98 right now and it is 6:00 p.m. Thank God for AC. I went out to water the tomatoes, the few potted plants I have out back, add water to the pond and feed the fish. I'm watering these every day but not the rest. I can tell the whole garden and lawn is draught stricken. We've just had no rain to speak of in months.
It was good to hear from you.

Grams,

It's been hot here but the breeze has kept it bareable because it's been cool and no humidity, which helps a lot.

I am so happy that Nancy is doing well and that her blood count is up. That is good news as is the fact that she doesn't have to return to the doctor until October.

Praying for both you and Nancy.

Blessings,
Mary

Happy to hear Nancy had a good report from her Dr.

I am first getting around to reading blogs. I've been busy job hunting. Nothing yet.

Coaching sounds like fun we love football at our house.

Try to stay cool
