The book case and the pin oak

Here are the pictures of my new bookcase and of the tree I posted about on Monday! Thank you Kelly for running out doors and taking a pictures for me!! I sure do like my new bookcase. Now it will be fun to see what I can get to put on the top shelf! The flowers on there go in the living room part of the year but in the fall and winter I put them away. The lamp and candle holder belong to Kelly so we will have to get me something that looks as nice as her stuff!!

What a beautiful tree! I am having a mid day break. Come see how I answered your question. I love your tree. What a great testimony of giving time to root. The growth many gain is under the surface.:)

You will have the bookcase for years and years to enjoy just as you have with the pin oak. I have 3 pin oaks in my back yard. The builder of this housing development planted them all around the entire development. They will be lovely when they fully mature.

Grams,

That bookcase is awesome. I love it. You will find something beautiful to put on the top of it, I'm sure.

Love the pin oak. I'm glad you kept the faith and wouldn't let anyone dig it up. It's magnificent.

Blessings,

I don't know which one I fell in love with more, the tree or the bookcase!

I am so glad you didn't give up on your tree. What a sign of faith and God's glory!

Shopping for something for the top of the bookcase will be fun. If it was in my house, it would probably end up with just "stuff" piled on top.
