Thankful Thursday

Another Thankful Thursday!! I am so very thankful for our AC! It sounds like it is HOT all over the country. Without it Nancy could not breathe!!

I found out last week that the oxygen place where we get Nancy's Oxygen has small concentrator! They will lend them to their customers for free and we can take it on our trip the first of September. What a Blessing this will be for Nancy! We can take her little tiny oxygen tanks but not her big concentrator!! This was a big relief to find this out!!
I am so thankful for Kelly who takes us to all our Doctors appointments!! We have a bunch coming up in the middle of September.

I am very thankful for all the bloggers who visit and leave their comments. Since Nancy and I are indoors a lot this is a wonderful blessing. It is like getting out and about again!! I love going out in blogsville and visiting, too!!

Right on!!! I'm also thankful for the AC. It was 104 here today. My sister was on oxygen for years, so I know how hard it can be for Nancy.

Try to stay cool!!!!

It must be awful needing oxygen!! I cannot understand that of course!! Hope I never have too also. My Thankful Thursday is up. Isn't it good to write it all out so that you can see it for yourself? Have a great day in the Lord, Carolyn..Sandy

THIS, honestly, is what I think is THE best thing about the internet! Nor for ME -- but for people like you! I have met and known sO many shut-ins and people who just can NOT get out and about for one reason or another... people who have very little (or NONE) social life, who have just been SO BLESSED by on-line friendships and communication!!! I have met women who had lived life with NO ONE until they got a computer and met friends on the internet... and it amazes me! The joy and friendship that has been brought back into their life! Isn't it WONDERFUL??? Yes it is!!!

I'm thankful for my AC too! It's only the high 80's here- nothing compared to those with the 100 degree temps. But, I'm still thankful for that AC!!

You stopped by my blog yesterday, but I'm a little confused as to how you wound up on my B&W blog rather than my original blog, which is where my WW photo presentation was.

Is my screen name redirecting you there, because I am trying to figure this thing out..

Thanks

I was just browsing your blog and I just have to say that you have a BEAUTIFUL family. Nancy is a very special person and looks like she is really well loved and cared for deeply.

Thanks for coming and visiting me today. I'm going to stop by more often. I love your blog name--make we feel very comforted coming here.

I am sooo glad we have AC. Don't think we would have been too happy w/o it this past week, the humidity has been horrible.
Hope you have a great weekend!!!

My aunt, that I was a care-giver for, was in constant need of oxygen. Those little portable oxygen concentrators were a Godsend some days when we had to be out for short periods of time. I am VERY thankful for our AC. I would not be a very happy camper if we did not have it.

Thats the plan, Grams. Now that VBS is over, I am going to try and post more at the one blog. Sometimes I overcommit myself with the paid blogging, and have to spend time over at the other blog getting caught back up. Now, if I can just figure out how to get internet out at the lake.... [grin}

Stay cool.

I'm glad you can use smaller equipment on the trip. It has to be a real challenge. The outing will be worth it. Who is Kelly, is that your other daughter? Motherhood, it is a full life job. The hardest job we'll ever love.
I too am thankful for the role that is such an honor and crown to us.
