Nancy and I have our test results!

Today I had a consultation with the Dr.who will be doing a peripheral Angioplasty on my legs. This procedure helps open blockages in the peripheral arteries. These vessels carry blood to your lower body and legs.
Between Nancy and me, we have been to the Dr. or for test at the hospital every day this week!!
I will be have this procedure done on my legs sometime in Oct. When I had my test this week the technician was unable to get a blood pressure on my ankles. The Dr.told me it was very low blood flow. But we are going to fix this when I have my Angioplasty they will put stents in my arteries to help the blood flow.
On Monday I had to take Nancy to the Dr. again, because of the pain in her upper right side. The Dr. had her go to the Hospital for a test for her gall bladder and they called me as soon as we were home and said that she had gall stones. That is why she had all the pain. We are in the process of getting her an appointment with the GI Doctor.
Let me tell you yesterday I felt like this was just to much!
But now I feel like we will get through this with the Lord guiding us all the way.
Please pray for both of us. Thanks!

Carolyn,

You certainly have a lot on your plate. I know that the angioplasty will really help you.

I hope Nancy gets in to see the doctor soon. Gall bladder attacks certainly aren't pleasant.

Take care, my friend.
Blessings,
Mary

I can understand why you have felt over-whelmed with all the medical problems you both are experiencing. But as my mother-in-law always said "Things always have a way of working out". Wish she was still with us. Keep your chin up, you are in my thoughts.

As I'm reading your blog the song "Strength Will Rise" as we wait upon the Lord started playing in my mind. God will give you the strength and perfect timing for all this. You will be blessed for all you are enduring. I'm praying Gram

Dear Carolyn,

You will be in my thoughts and prayers, and Nancy as well. The angioplasty will help a great deal. I have a touchy gall bladder and know how an attack feels. Nancy will feel better once they decide to take them out.

Take care, dear Grams. God bless!

Love and prayers,

Renie

PS. I am having a hard time signing up as your follower, for some reason. Will try again tomorrow. Must be blogger being difficult.

You and your family are ALWAYS in my prayers and thoughts, daily, dear one. My aunt had this procedure done on her also...it truly made a difference in the blood flow and helped prevent clots too.

Have a glorious Sunday dear Carolyn.

Well, Grams....it looks like your plate is full as well!!
You will be in my prayers as well. We do serve a great God and He knows our needs before we do.
We will just trust Him together!

I know all of us, at one time or another, feel we have more on us than we can stand. However, our Heavenly Father assures us that this is not the case. I think the reason we feel overwhelmed at times is because we forget to take every little thing to Him in prayer with thanksgiving and leave it at the foot of the cross. I know I am guilty of this that is what causes stress and anxiety.
I'm pleased that you now know what the problem is and that soon the solutions will be taken care of. Blessings my friend.
The photos were taken in both states. I should have not duplicated them but didn't realize how many I needed to choose before I made the collage.
